These are the Free People Royale Flats in Canary.
AKA: The most perfect shoes I have ever put on my feet.
All the mamas were talking about these damn shoes and I instantly fell in love.
So when my hubby offered to buy me a present for hitting 1k instagram followers, you know what was first on my list.
(Well, first on my list was a new ring sling... but I am holding out for fall colors)
These puppies retail at $198... 😵
That is about €165...
Then we got a fun little surprise when they arrived.
I got punched in the face with
AN ADDITIONAL €77 CHARGE FOR CUSTOMS.
Like... EXCUSE ME.
I died.

Okay but seriously, these shoes are absolutely STUNNING.
The leather is SO soft.
The color is rich and warm.
They fit my feet PER👏FECT👏LY👏
I am unbelievably obsessed and I will be wearing these until I die.
(I better be with how much they cost us 😒)
Also! Tip for international buyers. Go with your regular shoe size, not what the chart suggests.
I am a US 9/EU 40 regularly and they suggested a 39.
No way would I have fit my feet into a 39.
So thanks mom group.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE these shoes. I will be interested to see how they hold up because I read some bad reviews (just a few out of thousands of happy mamas). I am always drooling over them on that online shop Roolee Boutique. Roolee is like THE mega cool mom shop. I basically want everything. Cute, mostly affordable and modest clothing + free people shoes. oh my goodness! Like you, living in France, when it comes to most impulse buys, that sweet customs fee prevents me from doing too much damage. However I often just send things to my parents back home, then they either send them in a care package or I just wait till I get home. �� Love your new blog! See you on the instagram ☺️ @domestikate
