The Momiform ft. PinkBlush

Throughout the week I am always rushing around in the mornings to make sure all my kids are ready, fed, and at school on time.
So while they always look cute and put together, my outfits tend to be...lacking.
I usually have the momiform (mom uniform) of jeans, one of my husbands shirts, and whatever shoes I can slide on on my way out the door.
So I was pretty giddy when PinkBlush gifted me this cute striped top!

Baby Names I Love But Won't Be Using

With our first three kiddos, names were decided so easily.
This time around we cannot definitively agree on ANYTHING.
(Also surprise! I am pregnant. Stay in the know HERE)
We have finally narrowed it down to two names
HALLELUJAH!!
Here are some of the names that have been adored by someone in our family but were ultimately vetoed.

Kid Designed Birthday Cake

Every year I make my daughters special birthday cakes based on what they love.
Peppa Pig.
Unicorns.
Anything their heart desires.
(HERE is a look at some of Ellie's cakes)
This year my little artist Ellie requested an elephant cake.
And since I make the cakes based on what they love I had the most "DUH!" realization.
Why don't I have Eloise design her own cake?

Emilie and the Cool Kids - Mougins

If you have been to the French Riviera, then you probably know of Emilie and the Cool Kids.(previously Emilie's Cookies)
If by some strange happenstance you didn't walk by one or eat there, Emilie's is a restaurant franchise that makes cookies, cupcakes, vegan desserts, etc.
They serve brunch and bagels as well for you savoury/salé lovers.
All of their locations along the Côte d'Azur have a cool atmosphere and staff (probably why they had the name change - much more on-brand now👌)

Today Emilie's opened up their Mougins location and we decided to hop on over to treat the girls to some sweet goodies.

Snapshots of Portugal

For our 6 year wedding anniversary, my hubby and I headed to Portugal for a kid-free, romantic week.
I am now OBSESSED with Portugal and want to go back with the kids someday.
There are so many things to share with you, but for now I will share our favorite snapshots from our trip.

Balade à Biot

Lately, we've been loving to take family walks through different towns and villages to burn of some of the girls' energy.
They sprint up and down cobblestoned hills while we stroll along behind them.
It is a nice way to see all the little side streets these gorgeous towns have tucked away.
This was our afternoon in Biot

France Finds: Annecy in the Winter (Travel Photos)

As you might already know, I live in a sunny seaside town in the French Riviera.
What you may not know is that I actually dislike hot weather and beaches 🙈
Blasphemy, I know.
I love cloudy weather, having all four seasons, and mountainous regions.
Do you know which town has all of those things?
(hint: it is in the title 😂)
Annecy.

Where To Eat In Annecy France

My hubby and I recently went on a lovely couple's getaway to Annecy, France.
Nestled in the snowy mountains, this alpine town is where skiers go after a long day on the slopes.
And how do they warm up after hours in the snow?
FATTY FOODS.
Raclette, Tartiflette, Fondue... I am drooling just thinking about it.
My hubby and I didn't partake in any winter sports, but we definitely ate as if we did.

Here are the amazing places we ate at during our weekend in Annecy:

Marrakech Part Four: Berber Market, Our Riad, and Random Snapshots

I can't believe it has already been 3 months since our trip to Marrakech.
These are the last of the pictures that we took there.
Marrakech is a city constantly moving but somehow remains to feel calm and simple.
If you ever have the chance to visit, I really recommend it.

Look at this amazing place:

Marrakech Part Three: Ben Youssef Madrasa

Ben Youssef Madrasa was hands-down my favorite place in Marrakech.
All the intricate details blew my mind.
I can't even fathom the time it took to complete all the carvings and plaster work.
Get ready to feel the travel bug nibbling away at you.
This place is incredible. 😍

My 30 Before 30 List

Lately, I have watched so many 30 Before 30 videos.
I love this idea, but I am too awkward of a human to sit down and make a video. 😅
Maybe someday.
But for now I will write out this list.
I am currently 24 years old.
30 is a bit away still. My eldest will be a preteen at that point. 😵
So I think I can do a lot of things from now until then.
These are 30 things I want to accomplish before I am 30:

SAHM Life feat. Mayalein Tights

My life as a SAHM (stay at home mom) is simply me having my hair thrown up into a mom bun and wearing my same momiform for the umpteenth time but joyfully dressing up my goobers in adorable outfits. 😂
Case in point:
So I was excited to try out these adorable dip dye tights from Mayalein.

Marrakech Part Two: Menara Gardens

If you read Part One of my Marrakech travels, you know that our taxi driver told us nobody from Marrakech goes to Jardin Majorelle.
We asked him where his favorite place to go is, and he told us the Menara Gardens.

France Finds: Talmont-sur-Gironde

While in the Sud Ouest for Christmastime, we briefly visited a quaint village called Talmont-sur-Gironde.
It was a very chill and windy day, which cut our visit short as the girls were freezing.
Nonetheless, it was a lovely time.

Three Christmases Throughout France

Every year we have a few Christmas celebrations, but celebrations were prolonged this year as we road-tripped to visit the girls' great grandma on the west coast.
The girls were so good with all the traveling we made them sit through.
(Makes me want to do more family roadtrips, but the hubby isn't feeling that 😂)
Here are our three different celebrations...

Trimming of the Tree

The girls gain so much joy from adding baubles and trinkets to our Christmas tree.
Last year they took a pile of clean laundry I had yet to put away, and draped it on the plastic branches of our fake tree.
They thought it was so much fun and were so proud of their work.
So this year I just let them at it again.
