While in the Sud Ouest for Christmastime, we briefly visited a quaint village called Talmont-sur-Gironde.
It was a very chill and windy day, which cut our visit short as the girls were freezing.
Nonetheless, it was a lovely time.
Talmont is little commune lined with docks and wooden fishing huts.
At the edge of the village sits a stout church.
It is a nice, quiet place to take a stroll with the family.
(...although I'm sure it would be better on sunny summer day with all the coastal winds 😅)
